About The Core Dump and Nic Lindh

The Core Dump is the online home of Niclas (Nic) Lindh, a Swedish-American man living in Phoenix, Arizona with my wife and daughter. I grew up in the dark woods of Skövde, Sweden, where I learned I don't like being cold.

I make things on computers and help others make things on their computers. I like making things on computers. Computers should be fun and improve peoples lives.

I enjoy reading a lot, usually on an e-ink device of some sort. Books are great in all their forms and reading is great. Otherwise I'm trying to get myself in some kind of shape to avoid complete decrepitude and attempting to practice mindfulness.

It is an ancient site (since 2003) operated by a web nerd, so it has gone through many a CMS and hosting provider in its life.

I, a mammal, designed, created and wrote everything on here, except where so noted. I use AI for some backend work and coding, but all content is created by this particular human. I have no time or patience to create or consume slop.
